This came to me today while talking to a friend of mine about her dreams (she has lots of them, and weird ones too.) Just like 43things.com, why shouldn’t there be a dream community? (of course, not the wet ones and so on).
Dreams are quite mysterious and I would really be interested if people from different places on Earth can have the same dream. Like, literally, the same thing. This would provide a lot of research data for finding out what determines which type of dreams.
It’s just a thought.
PS: My mother dreamed of an earthquake last night and there was an earthquake today in Haiti (over 7 on the Richter scale.)
Two years ago I bought a Rode Podcaster thinking I’ll start my own Podcast. Sadly, I haven’t been able to do so yet (more or less self-esteem related issue.)
I haven’t managed to sell the mic either so by not believing in coincidences, it’s probably my destiny to make a podcast (right…) But what should it be about? The stock market? Cartography? Pancakes?
I know, Electronic Music *crowd deflates*. Wait! FREE Electronic Music! Eh? What do you think about that? *crickets* Oh, come on. This would even give it a rarely-used name: FEMcast.
Most free electronic music is under Creative Commons. I should be extra careful, though.
Newest games are resource hogs? Too short? Boring?! Well, believe it or not, the solution is trying out various flash games over at:
Notdoppler (updated every Thursday with games which are generally found at the links below. ND makes pretty good selections, generally.)
Armorgames
Kongregate
Have fun.
